1. How to start?
  1. Create an account
    • Open the Sign Up / Register page and provide your name, email, and a strong password.
    • Use a unique, strong password (passphrase or password manager recommended).
    • Submit the form — you should see a confirmation message that an email was sent.
  2. Confirm your email
    • Check the inbox for the confirmation email (also check Spam/Junk).
    • Click the confirmation link in the email. Links often expire after a short time — if it expired use the “resend confirmation” action.
    • If you never received the email, use the “resend confirmation” on the sign-in page or contact support.
  3. Sign in (login)
    • Open the Login page and enter the email and password you used during registration.
    • If you forgot your password, use the “Forgot password” flow to reset it.
  4. Troubleshooting & tips
    • If the confirmation link expired, request a new one or check for a “resend” button.
    • If sign-in fails, verify email spelling and try the password reset.
    • For persistent problems, capture any error messages and contact support (include the email used and timestamp).
  1. Access the Business Creation Page
    • After signing in, navigate to the “Business” page from the main menu.
  2. Fill in Business Info
    • Click "Add new business"
    • Provide the required information such as business name, phone, address, and a category.
    • Ensure the Category best describes your business. You won't be able to change the category of the business. If you made a mistake while selecting the category of the business please contact support.
    • Read and Agree with the "New Business Terms and Conditions".
  1. Access the Business Detail Page
    • From the “Business” page, click on the "Details" button to view its details.
  2. Review Detail Information
    • This will be the public face of your business in the portal.
    • Make sure you enter your social media links, logo and banner.
  1. Access the Payment Methods Page
    • From the “Payment Methods” page, click on the "Add Payment Method" button to add a new payment method.
  2. Add Payment Method
    • Provide the required information such as card number, expiration date, and CVC code.
    • Make sure you provide a valid card information. We use Stripe as our payment processor and they will validate the card information you provide.
    • We will not save any card information. Your payment methods will be saved in Stripe.
  3. Add Payment Method in Cart
    • You can also create a payment method while checking out in the cart.

    • From the “Plans” page, see the features of each plan.
  2. Explore Regions
    • From the “Regions” page, see the available regions for your business.
    • The price of each plan can change depending the Region you choose for advertising your business.
  1. Access the Subscriptions Page
    • From the “Subscriptions” page, click on the "Details" button to view its subscriptions details.
  2. Cancel Subscription
    • Click the "Cancel Subscription" button to cancel the subscription.
    • Your subscription will be pending to cancellation until the end of the subscription period.
  3. Activate Subscription
    • Click the "Activate Subscription" button to activate the subscription.
    • Your subscription will be change to active and will be renewed by the end of the subscription period.
  1. Upload the Images Page
    • From “My Subscriptions” page, select on the "Details" button to view its images details.
  2. Upload Image
    • Click the "Upload Image" button to upload an image.
    • Make sure you upload a good quality image and it is relevant to your business.
    • The side image must be 768px width, 384px height and 4 MB max in size.
    • The back image must be 384px width, 384px height and 4 MB max in size.
    • Allow us 24 hrs to get your image ready in the region trucks.
